Clipify.io Refund Policy
Clipify.io is committed to providing a premium, value-driven experience with our AI-powered video generation platform. Because of the nature of our digital services and the immediate delivery of value, all purchases made on Clipify.io are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final
By purchasing any subscription, service, Clip Coins, or one-time product from Clipify.io, you agree and acknowledge the following:
- All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or perceived value.
- Clip Coins, subscriptions, and any digital credits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstance.
- We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for unused time, unused Clip Coins, or unaccessed features.
- Refund requests made due to forgetting to cancel, accidental purchases, user error, or change of mind will be denied without exception.
2. Instant Access Equals Delivered Value
When you make a purchase on Clipify.io, you gain immediate access to proprietary technology, AI services, templates, creative assets, and/or digital currency (Clip Coins). This access constitutes full and final delivery of the product or service.
Because these digital services are delivered in full at the time of purchase, Clipify considers all sales final once access has been granted or digital items delivered, regardless of how much or how little you choose to use them.
3. Fraudulent Chargeback Prevention
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a valid payment through your bank, credit card company, or payment provider will be considered fraudulent and a violation of these Terms.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Your account will be immediately permanently banned from Clipify.io.
- You will forfeit all Clip Coins, access, and created content.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report the activity to relevant credit fraud and merchant protection databases.
4. Technical Issues Are Not Grounds for Refund
While we strive for 100% uptime and a seamless user experience, temporary bugs, performance issues, or compatibility problems with your device or browser do not qualify for a refund. If you experience a technical issue, our support team will work with you to resolve it—but no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
5. Subscription Billing and Cancellations
- If you sign up for a recurring plan (monthly or annual), you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations apply to future charges only. No refunds will be provided for past billing periods, even if the service was unused.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable from the moment of renewal.
6. Trial Offers and Promotional Pricing
If Clipify.io offers a free trial or promotional offer, it will clearly indicate any conditions. Once the trial period ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled in advance. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel a trial in time.
7. Legal Enforceability
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our [Terms of Service], and by purchasing from Clipify.io, you explicitly waive any rights to dispute, reverse, or chargeback any transaction under the premise of dissatisfaction, lack of use, or technical complaints.
8. Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you believe you’ve experienced a billing error (e.g., double charge), contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction at support@clipify.io. Billing errors must be reported promptly. Issues reported after 3 days may be denied due to our strict security and fraud policies.
In Summary:
No refunds. No exceptions. All purchases are final.
