Clipify.io Terms of Service

Welcome to Clipify.io! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clipify.io ("Clipify", "we", "us", or "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the Clipify platform.

By accessing or using Clipify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use Clipify. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Overview

Clipify is an AI-powered video creation tool that allows users to:

  • Generate short-form content (e.g., YouTube Videos, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Instagram Reels)
  • Create videos using Reddit threads, conversations, gameplay overlays, and other templates
  • Use pre-trained AI models for voiceovers, scripting, editing, and visual effects
  • Download or publish created content for personal or commercial use
3. Account Registration

To use Clipify, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. License & Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Clipify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for content creation.

You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant Clipify a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display content solely for operating and improving the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the platform
  • Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or otherwise interfere with the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms or harm the community.

6. Clip Coins & Payments

Clipify may use a virtual credit system called "Clip Coins" to access premium features. Clip Coins are non-refundable and have no cash value. All purchases are final unless required by law.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Clipify leverages third-party AI models to assist in generating videos. While we strive for accuracy and originality, the output may contain errors or resemble content created elsewhere. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring their content complies with applicable laws, copyright, and platform guidelines.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Clipify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clipify is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or platform notice). Continued use of Clipify after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Florida.
